Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlannerNext mobile application ("App") operated by PlannerNext ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms also serve as the end-user license agreement ("EULA") for PlannerNext. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PlannerNext, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
PlannerNext is a voice-powered planning application that allows you to create tasks, reminders, and schedules by speaking. The App uses artificial intelligence to transcribe your voice recordings, organize your plans, and provide an AI-powered planning assistant.
The App's features include, but are not limited to:
- Voice-to-task capture and transcription
- AI-powered task organization and scheduling
- Smart reminders and alarms
- Calendar view and task management
- Searchable voice transcripts
- AI planning assistant
- Shared planning spaces
3. Account Registration
To use PlannerNext, you must sign in using Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure.
4. User Content
"User Content" means all voice recordings, transcripts, tasks, notes, and other data you create or submit through the App.
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- By using the App, you grant PlannerNext a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and improve the App's services to you.
- You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PlannerNext to:
- violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems
- interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- use the App for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial planning
- use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions and Payments
PlannerNext may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features. For iOS users, subscriptions are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system, Apple is the merchant of record for billing, and RevenueCat is used to manage entitlement status. For Android users, purchases are processed through Google Play billing.
The current U.S. subscription options are:
- Weekly subscription: $3.99 per week
- Monthly subscription: $9.99 per month
- Yearly subscription: $99.99 per year
Subscription prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, and App Store Connect pricing updates outside the U.S. storefront. Any localized price shown in the app or your app store at the time of purchase is the controlling price for your region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase for iOS purchases.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings or, for Android, in your Google Play subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable app store refund policies.
- We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements, but we do not receive or store your full payment card number.

6A. Apple-Specific Terms for iOS Users
If you use PlannerNext on iOS, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of this EULA:
- This EULA is concluded between you and PlannerNext, and not with Apple. PlannerNext, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Your license to use the iOS version of the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
- PlannerNext, not Apple, is responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any applicable warranty are PlannerNext's responsibility.
- PlannerNext, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your use of the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- PlannerNext, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
7. Third-Party Services
PlannerNext relies on third-party services to deliver its features, including but not limited to:
- Google/Firebase — authentication, data sync, and cloud storage
- OpenAI — voice transcription, AI assistant, task parsing, and text-to-speech
- RevenueCat — subscription management
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, or data practices beyond our control.
8. AI-Generated Content
PlannerNext uses artificial intelligence to generate transcriptions, task suggestions, summaries, assistant responses, and other planning outputs. AI-generated content:
- is provided for informational and planning convenience only
- may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free
- should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice
- is your responsibility to review and verify before acting upon
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, logos, and branding, is owned by PlannerNext and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as permitted by these Terms.
10. Availability and Changes
We strive to keep PlannerNext available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:
- modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
- update these Terms, with continued use constituting acceptance of any changes
- limit or restrict access to the App for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons
11. Disclaimers
PlannerNext is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- the App will meet your specific requirements
- the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- AI-generated results will be accurate or complete
- any errors in the App will be corrected
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlannerNext and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlannerNext from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PlannerNext at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
